Ch 8 and sl st in first ch to form a ring.

Rnd 1: Ch 1, 16 sc in ring,sl st in first sc to join.

Rnd 2: Ch 7 (counts as tr, ch 3), skip next sc, *tr in next sc, ch 3, skip next sc, rep from * around, sl st in 4^th ch  of beg ch to join.

Rnd 3:Sl st in next ch-3 loop, ch 4 (counts as tr), 3 tr in same ch-3 loop, *ch 6, 4 tr in next ch-3 loop, ch 3 **, 4 tr in next ch-3 loop: rep from * around, ending last rep at **, sl st in 4^th ch of beg ch to join. Fasten off.
