Ch 12, sl st to 1st ch to form ring.
Rnd 1: Ch 1, 30 sc in ring, sl st to first sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 5(counts as dtr), dtr in next 2 stitches, ch3, *dtr in next 3 stitches, ch3; repeat from * eight more times, join with slip st to top of ch-5.
Rnd 3: Ch 1, *skip 1 dtr, sc in next dtr, (3dc, picot-3, 3dc) in next ch-3 space; repeat from * around, join to first sc. Fasten off.
