Foundation Row: 1 dc in 4th ch from hook, 1 dc in next ch, *ch 3, skip next 3 ch, 1 dc in each of the next 3 ch, rep from * across, turn . Drop A, draw B through last loop (1).
Row 1: With B, ch 3, skip next 3 dc, *working with next ch-3 space, 1 dc in each of next 3 skipped ch in foundation ch, ch 3, skip next 3 dc, rep from * across, 1 sc in top of turning ch, turn. Drop B; draw C through last loop (2).
